On Wednesday, members of Washington County Teen Leadership particpated in a Health & Wellness Day. Students earned CPR/AED certification through the Red Cross at the Fayetteville Public Library. Then students traveled to Appleseeds - a Farm to Table teaching farm where they prepared and ate falafas, beet hummus, kale salad with homemade dressing, and taziki sauce. Finally, students ended the day at Fayetteville Martial Arts for self-defense training. What an incredible experience for all! #ESED #cardstudentsareworthit
