Andrea Rollins received a $1000 grant from the Blue & You Foundation as part of the CPR is Life program. Blue and You Foundation is a philanthropic arm of Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. Rollins plans to use the money to buy more CPR mannequins. "You never know when knowing CPR will come in handy.
