On Monday counseling interns Ms. Chan and Mrs. Belvardi spoke with students in Mrs. Harp's Pre-AP English 10 class about the importance of self-care. "We know motivation and energy is typically lower during the last 9 weeks," Chan said. Self-care can be anything that actively works to improve your physical, mental, or emotional health. On Monday our graduating Seniors picked up their caps and gowns, which is always a big deal around here. While restrictions and social distancing have changed the face of school this year, some things will never change.
