Junior Heath Williams was selected as a winner of the Ozark Electric Youth Tour this year. Students were asked to discuss renewable energy and conservation and how it could impact their communities. "It’s a scholarship opportunity, which I’ve never won before. It was important for me. I had to do an interview. It was really sophisticated," Williams said.
