Farmington High School is proud to announce that recent graduate Taylor Conran has been named a 2025 U.S. Presidential Scholar, one of the nation’s highest honors for high school students. Taylor was selected as the male representative for the state of Arkansas, joining just one young man and one young woman chosen from each state, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
The U.S. Presidential Scholars Program recognizes the nation’s most distinguished graduating seniors for their outstanding academic achievement, leadership, character, and community involvement. Scholars are selected following a rigorous process that begins with nearly 4,000 candidates nationwide and narrows to just over 160 honorees.
Taylor’s selection places him among the top students in the country and reflects not only his own commitment to learning but also the support he's received from his family, the community, and the teachers who have encouraged Taylor along his journey. Farmington High School and the entire community congratulate Taylor on this remarkable honor and celebrate the hard work that led to this national recognition!
